As a customer of Secure-ISS’s Security Operations Console, to handle communications between Secure-ISS and your company, we utilise the 4me Service Desk for bi-directional communication and categorising communications by related incident, task, or request.
If you have already been on-boarded to the Service Desk, then you may request a password and login to view Requests and other related information from the Self-Service portal. If you have ever recieved an email from the Service Desk then your account has definitely been provisioned, you just need to reset the password. The below link will help you reset it and get access:
