Below are the instructions to gain access to the Secure-ISS Network via a Secure VPN using Palo Alto’s Global Protect VPN client.
- Open a web browser and go to https://sygp.secure-iss.com. You will see the login screen pictured below.

- Login with the Username and Password that has been provided to you. Once logged in, you will be presented with the following screen. Click the link appropriate to your Operating System to start downloading the Global Protect Client.

- When the download is complete, run the installer and follow the prompts.
- Once it is installed, at the “Welcome to Global Protect” dialogue, enter in
sygp.secure-iss.com
as the portal address and click Connect.

- At the sign in prompt, enter your Global Protect Username and Password from step 2 and click Sign In.

- When Global Protect client is “Connected”, you will be able access the QRadar console. Open your web browser and go to https://qradar.secure-iss.com and then login to QRadar with the QRadar supplied Username and Password.
When your QRadar session is complete, log out of the QRadar Console. Also, don’t forget to disconnect your VPN Connection by left-clicking the icon in the System Tray and selecting Disconnect as shown below.

For future connections, you will need to again navigate to the System Tray, locate the GlobalVPN Icon, left click and select Connect to once again access the QRadar Console.
