- Turn the device on.
- Run through the initial setup wizard (date, time, keyboard layout, etc).
- Click ‘Admin/User Mode Switch’.
- For multiple monitor setup, click ‘Control Panel’ > ‘Display’, then configure secondary display profile as required. (Example, Primary display set to HDMI, secondary dispaly set to ‘Extend to the Left’.)
- Add an RDP Connection, enter in the server details, user credentials and domain information as required.
- Certain RDP connections may make use of deprecated encryption methods. If the connection is not working and the connection details are confirmed to be correct, deprecated encryption may need to be enabled.
