A guide on how to setup your Exchange email on a specific device.
Please select the device you are using below:
Open Control Panel - This can be achieved by left clicking in the windows search field in the bottom left corner of your screen, typing “control panel” and navigating to the icon in the search results.
Set View by: to Small icons - In the top right hand corner of the Control Panel window, click the dropdown options next to “View By:” and select Small Icons
Select the “Mail” option from the list on-screen of computer settings, a new window should appear “Mail Setup”
Click the “Show Profiles Button”
Click the “Add Button”
Input any name into the Profile Name field (it is just a descriptor), then click “Ok”
Click the E-mail Account radio button, and fill in the Your Name, E-mail Address and click “Next”
Once prompts enter your Office 365 email address and click “Next”.
Once prompts enter your Office 365 email password and click “Sign In”
Click “Finish” at the end.
Within the Mail Setup window, you will see a checkbox for “Always use this profile” ensure that it is ticked. Select your new profile you created from the drop-down menu below this checkbox.
Click “Ok”
Now Open/Launch Outlook
Open the Samsung Email app and tap Add Account if it’s your first time or, go to Settings in the app > Add account.
Enter your email address and password. Tap Sign in.
Note: If the email app detects your provider, you may be redirected to a different sign in screen.
If you’re prompted to select account type, choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync to sync contacts and calendars.
If you’ve turned on two-step verification, you’ll verify your identity with your chosen method. Syncing email, calendar, contacts, and tasks may take a few minutes.
Open it and tap Use another Mail app instead. If you don’t see this message, skip this step.
If you don’t have it yet, download it from the App Store.
Note: Available for iOS devices using iOS 10.0 or higher.
Note: First time using Outlook for iOS? Just tap Get Started.
Note: If you’re prompted for more information, you may have to manually setup or use IMAP or POP.
Enter your email account password and tap Sign In.
Tap Yes or Allow to give Outlook permission to sync calendar, contacts, etc.
Swipe through the intro and you’re now ready to use Outlook for iOS!
Go to your device’s Settings, scroll down and tap Mail > Accounts >Add Account.
Select Exchange.
Enter your Microsoft 365 email address, password, and a description of your account. Tap Next.
Note: Your email address should be your Microsoft 365 business account or school account. Such as you@contoso.cn.
The Mail app may request certain permissions such as accessing your calendar and contacts. To agree, tap Yes. Then choose the apps you want your email account to sync with your iOS device and tap Save.
Now you’re all set to go!
