Setting up Exchange E-Mail
A guide on how to setup your Exchange email on a specific device.
Please select the device you are using below:

Open Control Panel - This can be achieved by left clicking in the windows search field in the bottom left corner of your screen, typing “control panel” and navigating to the icon in the search results.

Set View by: to Small icons - In the top right hand corner of the Control Panel window, click the dropdown options next to “View By:” and select Small Icons

Select the “Mail” option from the list on-screen of computer settings, a new window should appear “Mail Setup”

Click the “Show Profiles Button”

Click the “Add Button”

Input any name into the Profile Name field (it is just a descriptor), then click “Ok”. If you are then prompted with a Microsoft window, you will need to select “Exchange 2013” if prompted.Alternatively, if you are prompted with a small sign-in window, you will want to fill out the username to be “CLOUD\username” and input your email password into the password field. Upon submitting this information, you will now be successfully signed in.

Click the E-mail Account radio button, and fill in the Your Name, E-mail Address, Password and Retype Password fields. Click Next.

Click “Next” and wait for it to connect. Once prompts click “User another account”

Once selected enter a username/password at this stage, input your username “CLOUD\username” and email password in the two requested fields then tick “Remember my credentials” and click “Ok”

Click “Finish” at the end.

Within the Mail Setup window, you will see a checkbox for “Always use this profile” ensure that it is ticked. Select your new profile you created from the drop-down menu below this checkbox.

Click “Ok”

Now Open/Launch Outlook

Open Outlook - This can be achieved by left clicking in the windows search field in the bottom left corner of your screen, typing “Outlook” and navigating to the icon in the search results.

You Will then see a prompt to input your Email. Fill in the correct Email you want to use.

Click on the advanced options, then click on let me set-up my account manually.

Click on “Exchange or Exchange2013”

Click the “Ok Button”

Click the “Ok Button” this should now be fully set-up, you can also untick the add Mobile phone option as well.

Click “Next” and wait for it to connect. Once prompts click “User another account”

Now Open/Launch Outlook
Step 1
Open Mac Mail.
If you have not already added an account to Mail you will be directed to the New Account Wizard.
If you have already created an account in Mail, click File, then Add account from the drop down menu.
Step 2
Select Exchange and click Continue.
Select Exchange
Step 3
When the New Account wizard opens, enter the following in the text boxes provided:
Full Name: Enter any Name
Email Address: Enter the full email address of the mailbox you want to create to.
Once done, click Sign in.
Enter details
Step 4
You will be asked if you would like to sign into your Exchange account using Microsoft. Click Sign In.

Step 5
You will be asked to enter your password. Fill in the details and click Sign In.
Enter Password then requested for a username on the next screen, please input “CLOUD\your username)”
For Internal URL & External URL please input “cloudex.secure-iss.com” into both fields.
Click Sign In
Step 6
You will be presented with an account summary screen. Check the boxes to synchronize your contacts and Calendars, then click Done
¶ iOS 14 Specific Instructions
- Select
Settings 
Mail Accounts Add Account Microsoft Exchange.
¶ iOS 13 Specific Instructions
- Select Settings Passwords & Accounts Add Account Exchange.

Next enter your email address and a description. The description is just a friendly name, it has no effect other then visual, so let’s just name it something like “Work Email”.
Select Next when done. -
In the next popup, select Configure Manually.

Enter the details below:
Server: cloudex.secure-iss.com
Domain: CLOUD
Username: <Username>
Password: <Password>
Then select Next.
- Finally choose what you wish to sync. When you’re finished, select Save.
- Open list of apps and tap on “Settings”.
- Select “Accounts and Backup”.
- Scroll to the bottom of Accounts and backup, then tap “Add Account”.
- Choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync OR if you’d prefer to use Outlook, then choose “Outlook”.
- Type in the E-Mail address and your Password.
- Tap “Manual Setup”.
- Input the following information into each relevant section.
Email address: <Email>
Domain\Username: CLOUD\<Username>
Password: <Password>
Exchange Server: cloudex.secure-iss.com
Use secure connection (SSL): Checked
Use client certificate: Unchecked - Then Select Next/Finish, then open the relevant application (Samsung E-Mail - If you chose “Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync”) or (Outlook - If you chose “Outlook” when adding Account)
